What is on offer?
The Technology Returner programme will be based in our London office and is designed for experienced IT professionals who are ready to build on previous skills and experience and want to embrace new opportunities ahead. The paid programme commences on April 29th and finishes on the 19th July 2019. Whilst there is no guarantee of a permanent position, there will be genuine consideration for an ongoing opportunity at the end of the programme depending on business needs and availability of appropriate opportunities.

This is an opportunity to join a team that works very closely with the business on Credit Risk.
A Business analyst is responsible for enabling technology transformation through gathering, analysing and interpreting business requirements. A BA works with statekholders across multiple divisions to understand and document requirements, identify solutions, evaluate options and facilitate the delivery and continued improvement of systems and services.
This is an opportunity for a proactive Returner with proven Business Analyst experience to join the team.
Key objectives of the role are:
- Build and maintain strong, open and transparent relationships with stakeholders
- Work closely with end users to identify, understand and document requirements for new and existing systems
- Drive forward projects aligned to the Information Technology strategy
The ideal Returner will have past experience in working in an agile environment or using waterfall or agile practices, previous IT Business Analyst experience, and have a strong technical grounding. A software development background would be viewed very favourably before moving into your experience as a Business Analyst.
