Who are we?
We are a specialist Supervision service for Regulated Financial Services companies.
We archive and analyse unstructured electronic communications searching for indicators of Market Abuse, Financial Mis-selling or Employee Conduct issues. We present our client’s compliance departments with a risk ranked "to do" list of communications that may require further investigation. The platform supplies a full suite of investigation and case building tools so that our clients can manage individual cases, report on what they are doing to the wider business and prove to the Regulators that they are following their process.
What is our Culture?
We are a start-up of 7 experienced individuals. We respect and trust each other to be smart and get things done. Even though we don't always agree we debate, listen and decide with the understanding that none of us has all the answers. Our attention to detail is precise as we deal with large amounts of other people’s communications data. Finally, and most importantly we all have families at various stages of schooling and sports/social activities and having the space to engage with that is paramount to us all.
Who are you?
Our Lead Generator and Direct Sales Guru.....
You will be able to demonstrate experience in areas such as sourcing leads, relationship building remotely over Phone, Zoom or Teams, working a lead to an opportunity to close, CRM wrangling and direct mail campaigns.
You possses a flexible, I can do that attitude with exceptional attention to detail. You are comfortable managing activities such as devising and adhering to sales plans, development of sales presentations and proposals, and the creation and upkeep of relationships through the sales process.
What is great about this opportunity?
We are each incredibly busy in our own areas and so this role will be as big as you'd like it to be. As a company we all work remotely so the role is home based with team members in Spain, Italy, France, London, the Home Counties and the South Coast. We will of course provide all the kit you need to do the job.
What are the responsibilities?
- Create and maintain a stream of Leads for our supervision platform
- Ensure the sales funnel has a future!
- Engage with our Partners & Clients to upsell or discover new opportunities
- Work with the other Sales team members to work on major accounts
- Create appropriate Sales materials, presentations & proposals
- Command the Direct Mail system
- Keep the CRM up to date....

Essentially you must enjoy generating leads via talking to people, if you don’t then this role is not one for you!
Life varies in terms of family & business demands and survival depends on flexibility. We are looking for somebody that can do the job and understands how to prioritise and communicate that. That said the role will require working with partners and suppliers who may have a less flexible approach to office hours!
Consequently we are flexible on the time commitment. The role is for, at a minimum, 2.5 days a week but we are happy to work out a work schedule that's compatable with your other commitments.
