The role:

Aspen Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and professional Legal and Office Coordinator . This role is multifaceted and therefore you will be highly organised with the ability to multitask.

You will be  the central point of contact between Aspen and their Solicitors for all malpractice cases, overseeing, coordinating and managing legal cases i.e. malpractice, insurance, personal injury etc.

You will also support with general corporate office management, any administration tasks required and deputise for the Executive Assistant when required. Therefore you will be meticulously organised and adaptable.

As the office coordinator, you will provide a welcoming reception/telephone answering service that professionally represents Aspen Healthcare and its values.

Please note this a part-time position working 22.5 hours a week

What we are looking for:

  • Educated to A Level standard with previous legal office experience

  • Previous experience within a reception/administration role

  • Good verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach towards problem solving
    High accuracy and attention to detail

  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, sticking to tight deadlines.
