We have an opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join our Legal team. on a part-time basis (ideally 3/4 days/week) You will report into the Head of Legal.
This role will provide in-house legal support across all relevant areas, with a focus on employment matters.Supporting the Human Resources (“HR”) team and senior management with day-to-day legal advice on a broad range of employment related matters, including without limitation claims, grievances, disciplinaries, whistleblowing disclosures, restructuring, IR 35, TUPE, M&A and other relevant matters.
The successful candidate must have legal qualification minimum of 6-10 years PQE (private practice experience preferred) and extensive experience with employment matters.
