A newly created role with the purpose of leading, developing and implementing the marketing plans, including producing and publishing all marketing / social media materials, to drive lead generation and increased brand awareness.

This role reports to a Co-Founder and covers the full scope of marketing for both existing products and services plus new ones which are being developed.  This role requires a strong mix of thinking, managing and doing, lending itself to a self-starter who is well organised,  enjoys variety, copes well with diverse priorities and operates to a high standard.

We have a number of strategic initiatives which will transform the business and enable us to significantly increase the impact we have on organisational cultures.


  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing / campaign acontent plan, ensuring plans are executed and constantly enhanced. 

  2. Write, own and manage website updates, including uploading of blogs, videos etc.

  3. Prepare, write and publish a combination of internally driven content and opportunities spotted from elsewhere, including what is in the press.

  4. Plan and co-ordinate all social media activity so everything falls within an overall plan and is joined up across internal team and outsourced providers.

  5. Source and manage suitable content providers.

  6. Structure and storyboard blogs / videos, then write bogs or the pseudo script for video.

  7. Recommend,  develop and manage the re-use of marketing collateral across multiple media e.g. blogs which can be turned into video,  webinars which can be cut into short vignettes or blogs.

  8. Review material and identify core facts/content for use in an infographic, and subsequently manage the production and publication of infographic materials.

  9. Review and analysis of marketing / campaign data to identify trends, useful insights and make suggestions for future.

  10. Monitor trends, including competitor activities, and recommend any changes / additional activities for the marketing plan.

  11. Spot opportunities for new initiatives, campaigns, propositions or messaging and make recommendations for approval.

  12. Shape and implement campaigns for testing new propositions.

Skills and Knowledge

  • A great B2B content writer – able to produce appealing and engaging content for the reader/viewer/listener, which is grammatically correct and of a very high standard.

  • Outstanding ability to take great copy and convert for using across a variety of digital platforms including webinars, podcasts as well as social channels.

  • Extensive knowledge of the marketing, digital and social arenas

  • Proficient use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint,  plus have the ability to quickly learn / adopt new technology

  • Well organised and able to shape plans from brief outlines.

  • Strong analysis skills

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and demands, with hugely variable timetable

  • Able to quickly understand the products and services of the business and be willing to learn more about our market.

  • Good relationship builder, influencer and collaborator

  • Ability to understand the bigger picture and prepare meaningful plans which align with the big goals

  • Competent in the use of WordPress


  • Previously performed communications and/or marketing role for a small progressive professional services firm.

  • Experience of having worked in the culture space isn’t essential,  but a strong interest in culture transformation and appetite to learn is critical

  • Performed roles in a partial / fully remote working company set up.

  • Multi media digital experience

  • Previously worked with Infusionsoft is desirable but not essential.


  • Comfortable and confident in taking full ownership of delivery – from concept/ideas through to delivery.

  • Self-starting, enthusiastic and motivated to just “get on with it” without being chased and thinking ahead.

  • A passion for culture and people

  • An ideas person, pro-actively suggesting and preparing new marketing content.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity yet highly organised

  • Willing to learn new tools and techniques.

  • Commercially focussed.

  • Ability and capacity to grow in the role as the business evolves.


20 hours per week over 5 days. We have a flexible working style and focus on delivering results (on time and to high standards) rather than it being a fixed set schedule per day.  We are happy to agree a work schedule that suits both you and us.

This role has the potential to extend in future, so increased hours in future are a distinct possibility – the capacity to increase hours as the role demands and business evolves is therefore desirable.


Predominantly working from home like the entire team, with the occasional travel to support specific internal activities e.g. team workshop.


This role is initially on a self employed contract basis rather than PAYE, although a switch to a PAYE arrangement can be explored after a successful 3 months once we have implement all internal policies and arrangements to support extended PAYE based team.

Monthly range between £2000 and £2400 per month based on 20 hours per week.
