This is a unique, part-time Marketing Manager role with a digital marketing agency on the outskirts of Swindon. You'll be coming in to this agency to promote and market the agency itself and ultimately - aiding them in winning new clients. This agency is definitely in growth phase right now and given their focus is eCommerce - they're exceptionally busy!
What you'll be doing
Currently there is no dedicated Marketing Manager in place, so the first thing we'll need you to do, is come in and evaluate the current marketing plan. Then, you'll get to grips with the current marketing efforts, and adding your expertise - what needs to be done. As this is an agency, we're looking for a B2B focus in terms of channel, which will be focused around lead generation and lead nurturing. This will take place in a variety of ways and channels from CRM and email campaigns, to social (LinkedIn, Twitter), content and copy, and events/webinars and managing the website. The great news is that you'll have a team of agency practitioners to lean on for more technical tasks like SEO and PPC. What we need most of all is your experience and efforts in driving this agency's presence and exposure forward.
What experience we are looking for:
- Broad marketing experience - either as an Account Manager agency side, or in-house.
- Multi-channel experience.
- An understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, and the sales funnel.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Team-player attitude.

There's a negotiable salary on offer here dependent on your experience, as well as flexibility around how you work. For example, we're happy with 3 days per week, or 5 with fewer hours per day! This agency is really invested in company culture and well-being.
