Sinfonia Cymru is an exciting under 30s orchestra that provides exceptional-quality music performances for audiences across Wales. We work with the most talented young professional musicians from across the UK, giving them a range of performing and curating opportunities to support their early career development. As we start to plan our post-lockdown season, we’re looking for an experienced marketeer to ensure our performances and projects reach as many people as possible. We’re seeking someone who can shape our strategy, plan our marketing, social and PR campaigns, and get stuck in with hands-on delivery.

We will consider applications for a part-time employment contract with flexible working arrangements (i.e. hours and location), or a freelance contract. In both options the commitment is likely to be between 2 and 3 days a week. The perfect candidate would have a passion for the arts with previous experience of arts marketing. Ideally, they would also have a strong interest in and knowledge of classical music, with some understanding of the current and potential audiences for classical. Welsh language skills would be highly desirable.
