Marketing Manager - Part-time

The B2B Marketing Manager will join a growing and fast-paced creative agency specialising in cultural/influencer marketing, providing solutions to businesses across multiple industries.

Job Description

The Marketing Manager will report into the Founders, managing and executing the marketing strategy. This role is based in London

  • Work with the Founders to develop the marketing strategy
  • Ensure the successful delivery of B2B campaigns to drive lead generation and meet/exceed revenue goals
  • Develop and deliver campaigns for specific solutions across multiple channels
  • To manage and update target data that will be used in campaigns
  • To identify and managed self-hosted and third-party events
  • Monitor, manage and report on competitor activity
  • Manage award applications and research for potential awards
  • Work closely with the sales leaders to ensure a collaborative approach to campaigns
  • Track and report performance on marketing campaigns against approved budgets monthly
  • 1-2 days a week

The Successful Applicant

  • This role requires an experienced B2B marketer, ideally with a understanding in influencer/cultural marketing and agency sales
  • Agency experience is essential. Any prior experience with influencer/cultural marketing highly desirable.
  • In-depth understanding and experience of marketing tools and methodologies
  • Practical experience delivering and executing a strategic marketing plan
  • Experience driving lead generation campaigns
  • Strong experience with InDesign, CRM, email marketing (ideally mailchimp), Google Analytics and Google Ads, google office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage and contribute to content
  • Budget management experience
