Marketing Manager - Part time/30 hours per week

As a Marketing Manager, you will work with and support the Head of Marketing – Pay360 & Specialist Services and key Industry stakeholders to implement the strategies and marketing plans for Customer Experience Division, across all target industries, including campaigns to build brand profile and demand generation, working with the business units and GTM team to incorporate relevant CVP propositions and capabilities into campaigns.

You will build supporting creative campaign content and thought leadership, work closely with central campaign team and channels teams (providing the liaison point between division, business unit and central support) in order to ensure implementation and optimisation of campaign activation. You will oversee campaign activation and monitor reporting to ensure results remain consistent to targets and will provide support in provision of Industry performance reporting, metrics and ROI monitoring.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting Head of Marketing with implementing marketing strategies and plans for the Pay360 & Specialist Services businesses, aligned to growth priorities and sector targets
  • Working with Head of Marketing to implement campaign positioning, cohesive capability statements and market targets and messaging for each industry sector targeted by Pay360 & Specialist Services
  • Supporting Head of Marketing as the ‘connect’ between the Pay360 & Specialist Services business units and divisional/central marketing
  • Implementing marketing plans against key objectives and targets and work with business to ensure full activation and that lead hands-offs are aligned and agreed with key stakeholders and business development teams – driving funnel volume and velocity
  • Briefing and liaising with Central Marketing Services members and agency resources to ensure activation, ongoing monitoring and refinement of activities to meet objectives
  • Creating and commissioning innovative and multi-channelled marketing initiatives, that support new lead generation, demand generation, brand advocacy and cross-selling opportunities
  • Working with Central Marketing Services Team to ensure that campaign metrics are in place and report back to Head of Marketing on ROI/outcomes
  • Ensuring that campaigns teams share & build knowledge, continually learn from executed campaigns and that all future campaigns are fully optimised
  • Commissioning creative content and industry-based campaign materials as relevant to key target audiences and develop key influencer and comms programmes to support sector eminence
  • Leveraging promotion of CVP solutions within campaigns as appropriate
  • Liaising with key business unit stakeholders (in Pay360 and Specialist Services) to support implementation of industry specific campaigns to ensure engagement in order to execute requirements

  • Agility across diverse marketing principles, channels, methodologies and metrics
  • Understanding of sales and marketing funnels and lead processing triggers
  • Some knowledge of marketing automation, such as CRM tools
  • Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and managing their expectations
  • Excellent project management skills and an ability to juggle priorities and tasks whilst maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communicator and collaborator with excellent matrix working skills
