Marketing Specialist, Social (Mothercare) - Boots UK

Overview:

  • The role will manage the content planning, creation and executional delivery, and performance of Mothercare’s social channels (Facebook and Instagram).

  • The role also includes responsibility to align creative needs of the Mothercare brand instore with key focus on the ten Baby+ shop in shop Mothercare stores, owning the content plan and ensuring POS is updated as required.

  • This new role reports into the integrated media team and the person will work as a member of the squad responsible for the Boots Baby marketing strategy and plan.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Delivery of campaign plans to effectively reach target audiences in the relevant social channels

  • Accurate and timely delivery of social posts on their channels against brief

  • Providing clear creative briefs to internal and 3rd party production houses

  • Checking and accuracy of all posts on designated channels

  • Legal adherence and sign off with relevant stakeholders

  • Creative development and delivery across designated channels in line with brand guidelines

  • Trading the plan to react to market conditions

  • Cross functional relationship building to ensure consistency and integration in delivery

  • Delivery of creative for integration checks for key meetings

  • PCAs

  • Delivering instore marketing materials to the 10 Baby+ shops to ensure seasonal content is updated

  • Working closely with the Mothercare marketing team and ensuring a positive relationship

Your experience:

  • Customer led marketer that understands audiences and brand consistency

  • Stakeholder management

  • PO Management

  • Creative eye and ability to deliver clear customer communications for all channels as required

  • Understanding of production processes and the impact they have on campaign delivery
