Are you looking for a little extra work during these uncertain times?
Over the last year, uncertainty has dominated the news and job industries have unfortunately suffered, but it’s not all bad news. The chance to join an expanding company in a growing industry is therefore hard to come by. However, this opportunity provides that.
Working with some of the biggest public-sector providers in the country, this company is in a great position and is looking to build on that in the coming years.
This opportunity is a Multi-Skilled Engineer position with a mechanical bias working Thursday and Friday on a part time basis. Perfect for anyone looking to just work two days a week or to work that little extra on top of their current job. The successful candidate will be joining an established and supportive environment where they can develop their professional and personal skills.
Based in the North-West, you will be joining a forward-thinking company who are looking for motivated engineers who want to make an impact.
To be a good fit for this job there are a few things you’ll need. Firstly, you’ll ideally need to be mechanically biased and have good experience in the heavy industry. Experience working with rollers and bearings is highly advantageous. If you are a time-served apprentice / level 3 qualified and also have a good multi-skilled background having worked in maintenance roles previously then this is also a benefit.
However, if you do not meet all of the listed criteria but are looking to expand your skillset then do not rule yourself out.
