Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Specialist
The Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Integration Specialist will provide general administrative support throughout the complex merger and acquisition integration process. Team members will work collaboratively with our M&A Team and Functional Leaders to ensure targeted acquisition integration activities are completed on time. This is a part-time position where work is distributed on an intermittent, as needed basis. This role will be focusing specifically on human resources.
What you’ll be doing:

Creatively source and screen technical, engineering, customer service, sales, management and corporate staff positions.

Create a pipeline of candidates that have the required experience, technical and professional proficiencies for existing and newly designed positions.

Build trust and relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring objectives and advise on recruitment strategies.

Develop sourcing strategies and consult with in house experts to target search efforts.

Create and deploy recruiting campaigns to attract talented active and passive candidates.

Maintain a high level of client service to hiring managers and candidates ensuring a positive manager/candidate recruitment experience.

Manage candidate process through both the company and jobvite, our applicant tracking system.

Meet required performance and metrics standards for work assigned.

Share accountability for developing and maintaining employment branding tools, techniques, and efforts across a variety of channels.

Support and administer internal employee referral program and other hiring initiatives, including on-campus or virtual career fairs.

Enthusiastically represent both opportunities and the organization to prospective employees or sourcing partners.

Demonstrate competence in the use and administration of Applicant Tracking, Requisition Status, Pipeline tools and time to fill of all current or pending assignments.

Participates in company-wide projects.

Maintains data integrity and confidentiality in all candidate, employee information or talent acquisition systems and processes.

What we’re looking for:

Experience working as a full cycle recruiter in either an agency or corporate environment.

1+ year of ATS or HRIS System

Demonstrated track record of success able to attract top talent in multiple modalities

Knowledge of the staffing function of HR, including sourcing, recruiting and screening and interviewing.

Assessment and presentation of candidate qualifications with competency focus.

Ability to manage confidential information and adhere to all compliance requirements, including Affirmative Action Plan.

Strong communication skills; ability to follow up and follow through, as appropriate.
