Our plans are ambitious, and we’re looking for people who want to join us for the ride – our growth will be your growth.

Are you our next MDM Lead? We’re looking for someone to join our Tech Team, to help to implement, execute and maintain all aspects of our MDM environments. Someone who wants to be part of a team that lifts each other up; a team that fails together and celebrates together. Someone who likes each day to be different, the challenge of doing things differently, and the freedom to figure things out for themselves. We work hard, sure, but we have a laugh while we do it.

Sound like you? Here’s the role up close:

As a MDM Lead you will oversee the deployment of configurations profiles and policies across the entire estate of devices including macos, Windows and ios at an international level. You will have to ensure that yourself and the wider Tech Team are up to date with latest deployments/patches to ensure alignment.

  • Managing the overall MDM solution design of core solution components utilising best practice.

  • Patch managing all new and existing software including minor and major updates to all operating systems and ensure smooth deployment with limited issues.

  • You need to have the ability to lead projects from analysis through to implementation and deal with complex technical platforms.

  • Investigating, analysing and resolving technical issues.

  • Actively pursuing mechanisms for preventing, or automating the response to reoccurrences.

  • The ability to clearly communicate to both team members and the wider business. This may include writing How-To documentation with step-by-step procedures to include supporting graphics.

  • Maintaining synchronicity between our MDM platforms and our asset management system.

  • Engaging and ensuring any security changes or initiatives that might have MDM related impacts are evaluated and reviewed with the IT operations and support organisation.

  • Providing recommendations on strategy & roadmap definition to maximise the effectiveness of MDM implementation.

  • Leading estimation efforts to develop an understanding of potential solution costs and delivery timescales.

  • Evaluating emerging technologies to ensure technical solutions are compatible with the company's business needs and strategic objectives.

  • Finding and documenting common issues and providing/implementing an efficient & permanent solution.

  • Planing large scale rollouts in conjunction with Satellite/Remote Offices.

  • Providing recommendations for the IT Policy Documents.

  • Extensive experience working with MDM platforms including JAMF + intune.

  • Proven experience in delivering successful MDM solutions.

  • Expert knowledge of macos, ios and Windows OS.

  • Knowledge in Intune Integration and JAMF Connect.

  • Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Azure and MS Exchange.

  • You'll be the kind of person who is ambitious and who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals with a creative approach to work.

  • Experience with infrastructure and middleware.

  • Need to be strategic thinking and passion for technology.

  • Ideally experience working with the latest version of the technology in an agile IT Services team, who are focused on continuous improvement.

When normal office working resumes, our expectation would require candidates to attend to travel to GSHQ, Solihull, UK, occasionally.
