A NRSWA Programme Manager is required by Arcadis on a part time basis (initially between 7.5-15hrs per week with flexibility to increase or reduce)
The candidate will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the New Roads and Street Works Act, and to ensure adherence to the HAUC Code of Practice.
Regular Duties and responsibilities include:
Liaison with Local Authorities pan-Scotland on various road schemes.
Liaison with design and estimating teams
Quality control of C3 and C4 packages
Financial control of all package and programme costs
Relevant degree (B.Eng or equivalent)
Substantial knowledge of legislation including NRSWA and HAUC
Extensive experience with Minor Civils works and Major Civil Engineering Projects
