We require a part time office administrator to take support the running of our business.  Initially this will be 2 days a week with the potential to increase as we grow. We are based near Blackfriars Bridge which has excellent commuter links. Once the role is fully understood we will be very flexible with the working hours. You will be able to fit these tasks in around your own personal schedule and if needed complete over 5 days or condense into 2 or 3.  The role will be required to cover  but not be limited to these tasks;

  • XERO Software management administration(staff/holidays/expenses/bills/invoices/cashflow) 
  • Payslip distribution 
  • Payroll preparation 
  • Invoice preparation to clients based on schedules of contracts
  • Invoice tracking and chasing
  • Bill receipt and verification
  • Paying of bills
  • Expense preparation for client billing
  • Expense review and approval
  • VAT quarterly data gathering for accountants and verification of the return
  • Office 365 adminstration, add, remove, update
  • Manage founders expense and bill settlement
  • Maintain cashflow projections
  • Purchase all required equipment and services
  • Manage all aspects of event and trade show setup and required purchases
  • Co-ordinate all travel booking for all staff
  • Maintain the company website

Beyond these tasks there is the opportunity for the right candidate to extend into the areas of marketing and sales lead generation through social networking channels.  Having awareness of how IT as a business operates would be useful.
