We are looking for a dynamic person to join our team, to assist with the general administration and smooth running of our business. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, experience with dealing with the public is essential both over the phone and via email. We use many different operational systems so a high level of computer competency is required. You will have regular weekly/monthly task and be required to work largely independently on these, therefore, being able to work in a self-directed way is important. Other desirable qualities would include some previous knowledge working with Xero (accountancy package) and social media/marketing experience.

  • Operational systems - client booking systems (Mindbody online/TM2)
  • Diary management of the team
  • Book-keeping experience (Xero accounts)
  • Marketing - events/social media/online (website)/leaflets & fliers
  • Prioritisation of tasks/self-directed

Looking for assistance for approximately 8 hours per week, which can be worked flexibly across the week depending on personal commitments.
Ideally we are looking for a Monday/Wednesday but can be flexible (4 hours each day). Mid-morning to early afternoon if possible to help with enquiries in the office.
