Are you a passionate Office Finance Manager looking for an exciting new role?

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for an Office Finance Manager to work with a well-established and successful client based in Peterborough, working as part of their Office team, managing all company finances.

As Office Finance Manager you will take on full financial organisation responsibility for the business. You will also ensure the office is running to the best of its ability, keeping the team motivated and happy.

This is a fun, fresh business looking to offer the right candidate potential flexibility on working hours and days. (3-4 days a week available)

Principle Responsibilities for the Office Finance Manager :-

Manage company accounts
Manage Office Budget
PL Reports and annotation. (Quarterly)
Credit control
Raising and paying invoices
Manage office stock and supplies
Manage office/employees diary, i.e. employee holidays, team events, nights out etc.
General Office AdminPerson specification:-

Must have previous experience within accounts or finance management.
Office management experience would be beneficial.
Experience with Xero would be preferred.
Must be trust worthy and able to work confidentially.
A high level of IT skills, proficient in Microsoft office to include Microsoft Excel
Be able to prioritise, plan and organise workloads whilst in a busy environment
Good communication and inter personnel skills
Team playerThis is a part time (3-4 days a week) permanent Office Finance Manager position, offering an annual salary depending on experience and hours.
