Office Manager - Part Time Permanent role Coventry £25,000 - £30,000 + benefits Hours of work: 25 hours per week, ideally 5 hours per day, however this is flexible and open for discussion Our client, an established organisation based in Coventry, is looking to recruit a permanent Office Manager - Part Time to work with the CEO & wider Senior Management Team within a growing and developing business on a part time basis. Responsible for all office management & executive assistant support you will have worked in a similar role previously and be conformable with the below duties whilst working in a fast-paced challenging environment. Duties of the Office Manager - Part Time will include: * You will support the business with the management of its contracts and services for the office building, eg. cleaning, building maintenance, security access * Supporting the business with desk planning and office configuration to ensure a safe working environment, but also ensure that the space available is capitalised * Assisting the directors & SMT with preparation for monthly board meetings. This includes scheduling board meetings, preparing agendas, collating and circulating the board papers for discussion, and taking the minutes * Facilitating weekly management meetings with the heads of function across the company; scheduling the meetings, preparing the agenda, collating and circulating any materials for discussion, and taking the minutes * Supporting the business with maintaining adequate stock of office equipment, eg. stationery, printer paper, toner ink, kitchen & bathroom supplies * Supporting line managers with onboarding and offboarding of staff, by providing a HR administrative function where needed that is in line with the agreed process * Supporting line managers with administrative aspects of day-to-day people management, and ensure that documents are filed correctly on the HR system * Administrative responsibilities of the HR system, employee benefits portal and the outsourced HR advisory service; working alongside the HR Manager * Responsible for the design and implementation of health and safety policies; maintaining a log of all health & safety tasks * Ensuring the business complies with any government legislation or guidance on safe working during a pandemic Skills required of the Office Manager - Part Time will include: * Experience as an efficient and comprehensive PA or Office Manager to senior management * Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations, across various levels If you are interested in this role, please send your CV to: (url removed) and we will be in touch to discuss your application
