Office Manager (Part Time)

You will drive continuous improvement in the operational efficiency and processes across our locations, constantly finding ways to improve our process while effectively managing our costs. This position is currently for our London office.


  • Facilities & Planning: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office locations and related workplace programs. 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for facilities issues and ensure prompt, best-in-class service is maintained whether issues are resolved in-house or by one of our partners.
  • Develop and maintain standards for Covid-19 compliance, as well as preventative maintenance and office upkeep.
  • Wellness, Events & Experience: Coordinate and facilitate company events, work closely with cross-functional leaders to assist with internal & external events, and functions (both virtual and on-site).
  • Administration: Anticipate and manage needs in order for office supplies, food and drinks, equipment, and furniture; own accurate billing and track spending (CreditCard); manage relationships for the company with the travel partner (TripActions); employee expenses (working closely with Accounting)
  • About You:

  • 3+ years of owning and creating people experiences in a workplace
  • Ability to gather data, assess situations and quickly develop solutions with a strong analytical/financial aptitude
  • Proven skills in planning, budgeting, and project management
  • Experience with creatively planning and executing employee events
  • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential information
  • Experience working with building management and landlords, including office refurbishments, maintenance, and other facilities-related projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Google Suite, MS Office, and Excel.
  • To work either 8:30am - 3:30pm 5 days per week, or 4 days 8:30am - 5:30pm with Fridays off
