Join the Close Brothers Leasing Team where you will ensure the efficient functioning of an office through a range of administrative and clerical tasks, supporting the business in event management and hospitality.
Working on a part-time basis (flexible) our ideal team member will have previous experience in managing an office with excellent organisation and communication skills.
Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Facilities management, to include oversight of building management/security arrangements such as key holders etc. Maintain the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
Branch responsibility for Health & Safety, ensuring the policy is observed.
Finance document ordering and stock management, liaising with company provider(s).
PA to management team includes, travel, hospitality and meeting bookings.
Event organisation (internal and external).
Meet and Greet visitors at reception, ensuring hospitality arrangements are in place.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
You have previous experience of managing an office
You're a proactive worker with a proven track record of taking initiative and driving efficiencies in the office.
You'll need a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
importantly, you've got excellent communication skills with a direct and open style.
