Office Manager - Part Time

\nOur client is a fast-growing digital creative production agency based in the West End of London. They're looking for an experienced Office Manager\/HR Support to assist the team and directors while helping to maintain the office and shape the culture.\n\nThe duties will be varied, and the work fast-paced, but this is a great opportunity to work with a team of creative and friendly people, and really make a difference to the running of the studio.\n\nDay to day responsibilities\n\nOffice management (plants, water, fire warden, first aid, building benefits)\nManaging team holiday & events calendar (working with the team to organise events & offsites)\nAssisting with agency non-work based initiatives\nStationery ordering\/office supplies\nFood etc ordering\nReception duties\nFinance - managing expenses for the team\nProcurement of office supplies & IT equipment\nTravel booking\nClient gifting\nMaintenance of HR policies & regulation\nRecruitment - organising interviews and following up on candidates\nReviews - scheduling and monitoring employee reviews\nNew starter inductions\nReviewing and promoting employee benefits\nOngoing monitoring of covid and the impact on employees\/the office \nHours: 3 days per week, 9.30am-5.30pm (ideally Wednesday-Friday)\n\nSalary: \u00A330,000 pro rata (\u00A318,000 for 3 days)\n
