Office Manager - Part Time Role

Our client is looking for a Combined Office & Project Manager who enjoys working in a small office environment. Successful candidate will a problem solver and cope well with pressure. Part Time Role 3 days a week - 24 hours (can offer flexibility to accommodate school run or other commitments)

Oversee diaries of execs
Maintain accurate project and proposal registers
Manage office filing systems and client database
Invoice preparation and chasing debtors
Processing incoming invoices and paying suppliers

Project Manager

Responsibilities

Write and send Project Agreement document once a project is commissioned
Book out projects with recruitment providers and any other external agencies (e.g online platforms)
Book out projects with freelancers (UK and international)
Ensure projects are booked into diaries with adequate staffing and time, analysis and report writing
