Neon Century are making huge strides as London's most elite corporate intelligence and investigations firm, and we are looking for an outstanding candidate to help us deliver on our mission: Altering the destination of billions of dollars by providing decisive boardroom intelligence to our clients around the world.

Founded by Cameron Colquhoun, a former UK intelligence officer, Neon delivers groundbreaking, world class investigations and research to a range of clients including hedge funds, high net worth individuals, FTSE100 and S&P500 firms, law firms, and many other sectors. Experience in these sectors would be an advantage.

As the company has grown, (4 employees currently, several contractors and an advisory board) we are in need of an EA/ Office Manager who can operate a number of duties, to ensure the smooth running of the organisation, and to help deliver growth. The key duties of the EA / Office Manager will be as follows

-Diary/calendar scheduling and coordination for the MD

-Travel, meeting arrangements

-HR documentation - coordinating files, staff handbook, et al.

-Keeping the company's records, reports, task management system up to date

-Basic accounts and expenses (We use Xero and have a professional firm to file, but we need help with the day-to-day).

-Organising social events, writing company newsletter, maintaining staff engagement.

The following skills would also be useful but not essential

-Proof-reading and editing reports (our outputs are normally 10-20 page reports and we need first-class business english expertise to maintain consistency and quality).

-Experience in marketing, branding, to assist the company in reaching new audiences.

Due to COVID, we have been working remotely as a team since March 2020, but aim to return to a central London office (likely near London Bridge/Waterloo area) full time some time in 2021. Therefore this role would suit someone able to work remotely but be able to meet in central London (lockdown permitting), infrequently, and until we resume a normal office working situation.

This is an exciting role for a fast-moving company and we are looking for a candidate that could do the above and potentially more. We love self-starters and our great international team receive regularly superb feedback from some great clients. Please don't be shy to pitch us and tell us why you are the right person for the role!

Thank you for taking the time to read the advert.
