The role will require someone with previous experience in this role or similar.
Excellent Ms Office and accurate Typing will be an essential requirement.
Confidential correspondence, finance and Secretarial backup to the Directors.
Accounts' administration: Credit Control, fee Invoicing and collections, handling HMRC payments, petty cash reconciliaton, banking and managing direct debits.
Handling Annual Leave Requests for staff
Ordering of stationery and general office supplies
Distributing and filing correspondence
From time to time, seminar organisation and preparation
Maintaining the archiving lists
Organising and assisting the Director with private clubs' functions
Front office Reception, opening and distributing daily post
Keeping updated on the Insurance renewals
General day to day management of the office: Admin, organising cleaning, maintenance, refurbishment, repairs.
Previous experience in this role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Professional with a good telephone manner.
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 for 3 Days
Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm
