The company:

We’re an international media company with offices in New York, Grand Cayman…Woodbridge in Suffolk

We make videos for the finance industry.

Our core business is our own subscription video channel that is just like Netflix but instead of choosing between RomComs and Dramas you get access to videos about Cryptocurrencies or Gold.

In the UK office we make videos for other people including the biggest banks and hedge funds in the world.

The team you will be joining:

A random bunch of very talented, slightly dysfunctional but very nice blokes.

Five of them in fact.

Two Journalists, a Producer, a Video Editor and the Co-Founder of the global business.

How you support flexible working?

We are very happy to work around school hours and school holidays if we get the right person.

Summary of the role and responsibilities:

There are two main parts to the role:

The first part is to make Damian’s life work properly

Damian is the Co-Founder and he needs someone who can be his right hand – on top of what’s going on and making the logistics work.

For example, managing his calendar which includes coordinating meetings within Real Vision (Within UK office and with the teams in New York or Grand Cayman)

Fixing meetings with clients and potential clients in everywhere in the world from London to New York…to L.A…to Singapore…to Copehangen!

Coordinating calls/telephone conference (using “Zoom” mainly)

Sorting travel arrangements for Damian

  • Flights and hotels
  • Taxis

Need to put these arrangements into as well as his calendar

Notify Damian’s wife via email

Occasional personal errands 


The second part of the role is to manage the offices (main office in Woodbridge and the studio/office in Melton)

  • This is just like running a household
  • Keep everyone (6 including yourself) happy by running the office smoothly:
    • Organising a cleaner
    • Stocking up kitchen, toilets and office supplies
    • Bin collections
    • Maintenance of the printer
    • Paying utility bills (not direct debit, so have to call every month to pay electricity, gas, water, BT for landline and wi-fi)
    • solving problems when they happen (such as wi-fi failure)

To file every document

To claim expenses for everyone in the office

To check Damian’s company credit cards (2) and Roger’s company credit card (1)

  • Once you receive excel sheets from our finance department in Cayman. Every entity has to be cross checked to clarify what that expenditure were for.

Previous skills and experience

We just want someone who is smart and very organized

Everything else can be learnt on the job

We work 9-6 in the UK office, but this role can be more flexible than that

There is no travel required for the role.
