Established for 40 years, John Wilcox & Co ( is a traditional residential Estate Agency with one office based in Holland Park dealing with high end properties both on and off the market in sales and lettings.  They specialise in Notting Hill, Holland Park & Kensington.

The Role

We are looking for an Office manager and co-ordinator

  • To provide back-office support
  • To look after all the admin elements of both the office and the business
  • To run the office as efficiently and as cost effectively as possible and always on the lookout for new/innovative ways to make the office run more smoothly
  • To look after the property management of the flats and houses that we have rented for our clients

The Package

  • A pro-rata salary of £30k - £35k pa
  • The hours will be 10am - 2pm on Mondays to Fridays only
  • 20 days holiday + the office is closed between Christmas and New Year
  • Standard State pension
