We are hiring an Office Manager to help us streamline processes and drive efficiency throughout the business. Accounting and HR experience is helpful but not essential. You will work closely and have the support of the CEO and support the wider team.

About the role

• Managing day to day office operations
• Liaising with the BD team to facilitate the sales and marketing effort and increase the customer base
• Responsibility for admin panel managing financial transactions to ensure payments have been received in accordance with contracts
• Monitor KPIs (OKRs) for the team and work to improve processes
• Compile material for monthly reporting
• Liaise with accountant and Finance Director
• Administration and diary management responsibilities
• Responsibility for banking & payments
• Manage financial information in Xero and Float
• Process payroll via Xero
• Prepare monthly reports for management team and other key stakeholders
• Hiring responsibilities as our team grows

What we are looking for

• Experienced Office Manager or Executive Assistant to C-suite with minimum 5 years experience
• Ability to show initiative and problem solve in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Logically minded individual who enjoys improving processes
• Tech start-up experience a bonus
• B2B experience a bonus
• Financial services and/ or HR experience is a bonus
• Competence in Excel and generally good tech skills
• Driven candidate with strong attention to detail
• Passion to improve client experiences in professional services
• The ability to work independently with little supervision
• The ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems in a time sensitive manner
• Flexible attitude to attend to urgent matters arising
• Strong work ethic, drive and persistence
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm and ability to hit the ground running and pass on experience to improve processes
