Would you like to break free from the corporate world or from the constraints of a traditional law firm? Are you looking to return to work after a career break?

Do you have a background in a law firm or other professional services operations or practice management?

This is an exciting opportunity to become a vital part of a very different type of legal and business affairs team.

About Mint & Co

Mint & Co is a business affairs company disrupting the traditional legal industry.  We provide agile, legal-related support to businesses in the media and creative world, covering TV, digital and immersive content, music, publishing, marketing and events.  Our mission is to achieve the best results for our clients and provide stimulating work for our amazing team of consultants, the Mint Collective, who work flexibly and remotely to suit their life.

You can help us achieve that…Find out more about us: http://www.mintandco.co

The opportunity

Working directly with the Founder-CEO and our Client and Talent Relationship Manager, we’re looking for a super organised person to manage the day-to-day operations of our dynamic and fast-growing start-up. The role is 3 days per week (spread over 4 or 5 days - open to flexibility). You will be involved in marketing and social media, billing, day-to-day operations, business development, client and consultant on-boarding, team events and diary management.

About you

An entrepreneurial, self-starter you thrive on creating operational efficiencies and find it easy to establish rapport and credibility with clients and internal staff.  You will have opportunities to introduce new systems and processes to support our growth.  Ideally you will have legal or other professional services experience and knowledge of the creative industries (specifically content production world).  We are looking for someone lovely, energetic and smart to join our team!
