  • Have experience in process improvement and change management as well as a solid understanding of the key role stakeholder engagement plays
  • Experience in writing and reviewing HR policies and procedures would be desirable

 

What will you do:

Reporting to our CEO, you will be responsible for the quality delivery of the workflow and operational processes of:

  • HR Custodian of and first port of call for questions on HR policies and procedures
  • Cyber Security ensuring we are adhering to all legal and ethical responsibilities on information security and data protection
  • Finance
    • managing and developing our accounts team
    • support the accounts team dealing with queries and ensuring processes are being followed
    • applying your commercial skills and experience to support finance decisions
  • Customer Service
    • manage and develop our admin team
    • ensuring our admin team continue with high quality service and order fulfilment to our customers
  • Business Operations
    • ensure compliance with all regulations and insurance requirements (within both UK and US);
    • work closely with senior managers and team leaders on executing processes and procedures so that the business stays focused and gets things done
    • be the custodian of our operational testing suite, ensuring the business runs as expected
