Completing all financial aspects for the business in a stand alone finance position.

- Processing all bank payments received and made and carrying out bank reconciliations.
- Processing purchase invoices - approx. 50 per month
- Reviewing sales ledger balances and contacting customers if they have not paid within the agreed period to obtain payment
- Preparing monthly management accounts and providing them to directors with some brief commentary
- Preparing annual financial statements and submitting these to companies house.
- Preparing annual Corporation Tax return and submitting to HMRC.
- Part Qualified/QBE
