\nWe are recruiting for a an Account Manager and Co-ordinator on a part time basis. The role is fully remote and for a one year period to cover maternity leave. It will be working three days a week and these can be to meet your needs between Monday and Friday.\u00A0 (21 hours ) The role will ideally start on the 13th October and run until the end of October 2022.\u00A0\n\nThe client is an awarding body within the professional qualification sector.\u00A0\nThis role is supporting a Manager to provide a great service to financial corporate companies, with respect to training of their staff.\u00A0\nPlease see full job details below.\n1. Account management\n\nAct as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationshipswith customers in-company learning.\n\nFacilitate discussions with client and supplier (trainer\/tutor) todiscuss learner requirements.\n\nNegotiate rates with suppliers and produce initial budget for eachprogramme.\n\nProduce quotes and when necessary proposals that include a managementsummary outlining client requirements,\u00A0 detail about the programmeand cost. \n\nDraw up client contracts and raise invoices.\n\n2. Programme \u00A0design and delivery\n\nEnsure the timely and successful delivery of B2Blearning solutions, according to customer needs and objectives \n\nWork with suppliers (trainers\/tutors) to designand develop programmes of learning that meet learner requirements.\n\nSet up programmes of learning on the database and LMS, agree costcentres with finance, manage bookings, identify and schedule the delivery ofstudent communications and learning materials. \n\nWork with trainers\/tutors to plan delivery of learner materials and organiselogistical\/travel arrangements.\n\nLiaise between the customer and internal teams e.g. Awarding Body, Membershipand Finance.\n\n3. Post-programme administration\n\nProduce post programme learner evaluation report summaries to share withclient, tutor\/trainer and colleagues. \n\nProduce management information e.g. learner progress through programmes andexam pass rates, for clients. \n\nMonitor suppliers to ensure invoices are received and paid.\n\n4. Marketing and product development\n\nContribute to discussions and assist with theproduction of marketing collateral, eBlasts, other campaigns and website. \n\nEnsure that all materials shared with clientsadhere to brand guidelines. \n\nPrepare ad hoc client information flyers via InDesign\n\nAct as main point of in-house expertise forStoryline software, maintaining the suite of e-learning products.\u00A0 \n\nCollate and share feedback from programmes to helpinform understanding of customer experience and future messaging. \n\nBe aware of all our products and identify and acton opportunities to cross-sell other products\/services. \n\n5. Management information \n\nWork closely with IT to ensure CRM is fit forpurpose and mirrors B2B sales process\n\nProduce LMS reports to highlight usage and customer behaviour\n\nKeep own opportunities module updated with progress on CRM salesdatabase.\n\n6. Supplier and financial management\n\nHelp to maintain effective working relationshipswith suppliers\n\nEnsure suppliers meet our standards for their design,development and delivery of materials and programmes.\n\nSupport trainers and tutors by introducing new ideas andapproaches to ensure that the quality of programmes are in line with marketexpectations\n\nUpdate programme budgets with income and costs, identifying areas forsavings where appropriate\n\nLiaise with finance team regarding issues relating customer and supplierpurchase orders and invoices.\n\n7. Process management\/improvement\n\nEnsure procedural documents are up to date and make suggestions abouthow to improve procedures\n\n8.
