Part time Accountant

 We are seeking an experienced Finance professional that is looking to join a small, friendly team within a well known business. This role is permanent and will be between 15-25 hours per week, with a mixture of on site and remote work available.

Main Duties/Responsibilities



• Preparation of Management Accounts

• Reconciliation of bank accounts

• Cheque / Bank signatory

• Approval of payment runs

• Produce remittance advices and post all payments and receipts in the Finance Assistant’s absence

• Assist with preparation of fortnightly cashflow forecasts

• Forecasting and Budgeting:

• Compile and produce monthly, quarterly, annual budgets and forecasts

• Purchase Orders - Ensure all POs up to date, approve where appropriate

• Assist with preparation of Prepay Sales invoices in Finance Assistant’s absence

• Assist with Credit Control

• Complete and submit all data to 3rd party payroll company

• Review of payroll reports received from 3rd party payroll company

• Looking for part time work 15-25 hours per week

• Intermediate Excel skills
