Part-Time Accounts Processor / Credit Controller

Adams Lettings Limited are a market leading Letting Agency with branches in Warrington, Runcorn and Widnes. Adams are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts, Credit Controller / Debt Collection Assistant. The position will be based in our Property Management Department in Runcorn.

Duties will include:

. Processing incoming payments in a timely fashion

. Managing invoices

· Chasing payments via email & telephone

· Working to reduce rent arrears

· Managing rental payments

· Handling customer queries

· Managing collections

· Working within the property management office

· Reviewing accounts and managing overdue debts

. Experience working within a Credit Control environment

· Highly organised

· Ability to manage own workload

· Able to work to deadlines and targets

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· IT literate


· Salary: (Dependent on Experience)

· Hours: 10 am - 2 pm Monday - Friday (Some flexibility possible)

· Location: Runcorn
