Part Time Administrator / Bookkeeper

I am delighted to be working with a rapidly growing business, who are looking to add a part time administrator to their team. This role will be a remote role with occasional travel to the Cambridge and London office.

This role is responsible for:

  • Drafting project proposals for each team
  • Managing project budgets
  • Collecting and filing minutes from board meetings
  • Owning & maintaining the full project cycle
  • Taking ownership of the timesheet systems
  • Main point of contact for projects both internally and externally
  • General admin duties such as, arranging travel & scheduling meetings

Skills required:

  • A strong and clear verbal and written communication
  • Advanced Microsoft Office user
  • Working well as part of a team
  • Managing deadlines
  • Experience of managing projects
  • Prefer AAT qualification
