Our client is looking for a strong Administrator ideally with some Bookkeeping skills who can work 4 days per week (Wednesday off) for 5 hours per day.

You will report to the MD and be responsible for collating information for Bookkeeping, credit control, invoicing between companies, estate management and looking after tenants and their requirements/enquiries, taking minutes in meetings, organinising diaries, meetings, events, staff parties, etc and assist MD with all general administrative duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills, bookkeeping skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi task.
You will be capable of assisting with an office move that will take place soon and if you have experience of property management, that would be a distinct advantage but not essential..
