Part Time 25 Hours Per Week My client is a successful Supply Chain and Distribution company based in the Falkirk area. They have enjoyed progressive growth over the years and have exciting future plans. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join them on a permanent basis, to support my clients SME organisation.Responsibilities will include:Process sales invoicesProcess supplier invoicesSupplier account reconciliationBank reconciliations for multiple accountsVAT and tax returnsProcessing monthly payrollAdministration pension contributionsProcessing expenses, credit card transactions, fuel and pre-paid cardsManaging cashflow including forecastingProcessing paymentsWorking with internal teams to support credit controlCreating financial reportsWorking with external auditors / accountants To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following experience:Previous experience of working within a Finance Assistant/Bookkeeper/Assistant Accountant positionExperience of using Xero software would be an advantage although relevant financial &/or cloud based system experience will also be consideredYou will be comfortable working within a varied, hands-on and operational finance role, supporting with a variety of duties
