Job Category: Bookkeeper Job Location: Fareham, South East England, United Kingdom Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join their organisation. Day to day duties will include looking after the sales and purchase ledgers, credit control, banking, bank reconciliation, petty cash, and expenses, along with preparing VAT returns. There is also a payroll to be run, but if you do not have previous payroll experience, please do still apply, as this can be covered by another member of staff and/or training can be given. As with many similar vacancies in small organisations, there will be an element of general office administration duties as well. Our client feels they will need somebody roughly 3 days per week (20-22 hours), but can be flexible when these hours are worked, and they can be done over 3 longer days or 4 or 5 shorter days to suit. Software used is Sage.
