Part-time Bookkeeper

Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Bookkeeper to join an SME professional services business based in Sheffield.

Client Details

As this company continue to see steady growth, they are now looking to recruit a newly created Bookkeeper role to oversee the finance function and report directly into the Directors based in their Sheffield office. This role can be flexible with start and finish times and is offering up to 15 hours per week.

Description

Your duties will include, however are not limited to, producing VAT returns, journal posting, bank reconciliations, reconciling company credit card and petty cash, maintaining the fixed asset register, processing purchase ledger invoices, raising credit notes, chasing outstanding debt, dealing with queries and any other ad hoc duties as required.

Profile

The successful Bookkeeper will:

  • Have strong accounts experience
  • Have good system experience
  • Have strong excel skills
  • Be able to work autonomously and in a team
