My Gloucestershire based client is looking to recruit an experienced Bookeeper to join a small , well established and growing business . Working closely alongside the Owner / MD you will have full responsibility for all of the finance ;

Responsibilities to include

Monitor the day-to-day finance operations within the company such as, invoicing, credit control and other transactions keeping accurate records.
Payment of supplier’s accounts and statement reconciliation
Bank reconciliation
Be the point of contact for our external accountant's queries.
Review finance data and produce weekly sales reports and monthly finance reports
Manage import and export of invoices with associated accounting.

I am looking for a customer focused individual who will ensure all queries or issues are resolved in a timely manner or escalated as appropriate and provide support to their resolution.

The ideal candidate will need prior accounts experience with the use of Sage 50. Excellent analytical and numerical skills with good excel skills. Team dynamic is essential in this small and friendly business .
