St David Recruitment Services is proud to be working with one of the leading companies for outdoor living products. With a large customer database and an excellent working environment, they are looking for a strong candidate to take up a temporary, part-time role located at their head office in Cardiff.
Ideally minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
•Update the sage pay receipts. Ensure any missing receipts are entered, chase up any queries.
•Daily check and post sales invoices. Communicate any discrepancies to Manager’s and the relevant sales person.
•Send out copies of invoices and statements to sales account customers to help ensure quick payment.
•Update banking entries and bank reconciliations.
•Handle the checking, posting and filing of purchase invoices.
•Input card payments on Sage and chase employees for missing receipts.
•Handle the checking of customer refunds for Manager’s approval. Process refunds.
•Prepare the aged debtors reports for debtor meetings.
•Check purchase orders to invoices. Post invoices.
•Check supplier statements to Sage invoice records. Contact suppliers with any query points.
•Be available to assist with ad hoc work.
