Our client based in Potters Bars is an independent, stable business who have been established for over 25 years.
Due to growth they are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to work alongside the Financial Controller in the the busy office team.
The person will ideally have a solid accounts background and extensive experience of using Sage Line 50 and must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
The main responsibilities will include:
- All apsects of the Purchase ledger function
- All aspects of the Sales Ledger function
- Bank Reconciliations
- Credit Control
- Assisting with producing reports
- Adhoc admin duties
As indicated this position is offered on a part-time basis equating to 20-25 hours per week. The position is office based ideally Mon to Fri 8.30 till 12.30 however there is some flexibility in the hours
