Part-time Bookkeeper

An exciting opportunity to join a friendly team, working on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for working closely with the Directors to ensure all finance matters run smoothly. Your duties will include undertaking all sales and purchase ledger duties, matching invoices to statements and purchase orders to invoices, and assisting with the preparation of spreadsheets and accounts reports. You will ensure invoices are paid swiftly, answer finance queries and prepare quarterly VAT returns, as well as assist with budgets and cashflow reporting, as well as assist with CIS.

The company are looking for someone to work circa 20 hours a week, and can be flexible regarding how these hours are spread. After training and integrating with the office, there will be opportunity to work remotely.
