Our client is seeking an experienced part-time bookkeeper to run the day to day finance activities of a highly successful small to medium sized company.

Day to day duties will include looking after the sales and purchase ledgers; raising of sales invoices and making timely supplier payments.
You will also undertake banking duties and bank reconciliation, along with doing some credit control work, payment of staff expenses and preparing and submitting timely VAT returns.
The software used is Sage Line 50, and whilst it is not essential to have experience of working on this package, previous experience will clearly give you an advantage.
There is a certain amount of flexibility about the working hours, but our client envisages that they will need the bookkeeper to work between 24 and 28 hours per week.
