Bookkeeper- Part Time (3 Days)

£30,000 Pro rata = £20,000 for three days equivalent

Office Based - Solihull

Main job roles: To take responsibility for the day to day management of the Accounts payable function and to assist with other general day to day accounts activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Weekly T /A & Payroll Process preparation

* Production administration activities and reporting

* Sort, code and match purchase invoices

* flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices

* set invoices up for payment

* enter and upload invoices into SAGE

* reconcile accounts payable transactions/statements

* research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

* maintain supplier files

* correspond with suppliers and respond to queries

* assist with month end closing as required

Knowledge and Qualification Requirements

* knowledge of accounts payable and Payroll

* knowledge of general accounting procedures

* knowledge of relevant accounting systems (such as Sage, QuickBooks etc )

* proficient in data entry and management

* Manufacturing background preferable
