  Responsibilities Processing purchases and expenditure invoices Preparing invoices, management charges and development costs Cash management and bank reconciliations Setting up payment runs and making payments Production of monthly property statements VAT returns Managing and reporting weekly and monthly payroll Property Development activity tracking, allocation of labour and materials to properties Creating and keeping up to date cost sheets for each development Keeping all financial data & staff personal data confidential Management accounts Managing monthly accruals, prepayments, fixed assets  Experience Strong working knowledge of Sage Confidence to challenge existing process in search of efficiencies A minimum of 5 years bookkeeping experience Experience of setting up accounting processes  Package: c£25,000 pro-rata Location: Office based, Manchester City Centre Working Hours: 24 hours per week, flexible for the right candidate
