Part time Bookkeeper

 We are recruiting exclusively with our in Haywards Heath for a part time Accounts Assistant to join their team on a 18 month fixed term contract. This role is for 25-30 hours per week.

Key duties



• Uploading purchase invoices

• Preparing bank transfers and client refunds

• Provide monthly cash flow analysis

• Reconciliations

• Banking, posting client receipts

• Dealing with telephone and email queries

• Prepare quarterly VAT

• Other ad-hoc duties


Requirements



• At least 3 years experience working in accounting department

• Intermediate excel skills

• Excellent organisational skills

• Excellent communication skills
