Part Time Bookkeeper
Hours: Part Time - Approx 16 hours per week
Hourly rate of pay: Circa £14 per hour
Location: Stroud
Key Responsibilities:
*
Recording financial transactions such as income and outgoings
*
Handling accounts payable and receivable
*
Managing profit and loss statements and balance sheets
*
Maintaining company ledgers
*
Bank Reconciliations
*
Processing payments
*
Conducting daily banking activities
*
Producing various financial reports
*
Preparing month end management accounts
*
Posting of journals
*
VAT returns
*
Year end
*
Preparing and submitting monthly CIS returns
Key Skills:
*
The ideal candidate will have experience doing accounts for multiple clients
*
Previous experience using SAGE is essential
*
Experience using Xero and Quickbooks is desirable
*
Payroll experience using SAGE payroll is desirable
*
Excellent attention to detail
*
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work to multiple deadlines at any one time
*
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team when required
*
Strong communicator
*
Problem-solving skills
*
