Part Time Bookkeeper

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a leading manufacturing organisation based in High Wycombe on a permanent part time basis .

You will join a small, friendly hard-working team.

Full time role.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase Ledger - supplier payments

• Credit Control
• Sales Ledger
• Sales invoicing / month end - new sales accounts / credit check
• Banking - daily banking, manual cheques, petty cash
• Payroll - weekly wages
• Administration duties - remittance reconciliation, order number chasing, purchase order maintenance, insurance database maintenance, vehicle taxation

Experience and understanding of the Construction Industry Scheme for tax-withholding and the monthly submission of CIS returns will be a significant advantage.
