Our client is a well established company in the outskirts of Romsey, who are seeking a new Bookkeeper to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking control of the credit control process, ensuring monies are received in line with company terms, maintaining excellent relationships with customers and reporting aged debtors to Directors, escalating as required. You will also undertake other general bookkeeping and administrative duties as needed. The company uses Sage, so experience of this would be beneficial, though not essential.
The role is part-time, circa 20-25 hours a week, and the company can be flexible about which office hours these are spread over. There may be a possibility of increasing hours in future, if that suits. It would be beneficial to be available immediately or at short notice, but this is not essential. You will need own transportation to get to the remote location.
