Part Time Bookkeeper/Finance Administrator

Due to continued growth and expansion our client is looking to recruit into the team.You will be responsible for the Financial administrative requirements & assisting on the Operational requirements of a European business to; support the growth of the business.Main Responsibilities: * Financial accounts administration * Management of accounts in Sag * Liaison with UK company accountants and auditors * Preparation of supplier payment instructions * Credit control * Adding purchase invoices to Sage * Raising invoices / sending to customer * Group head office accounts administration * Monthly financial reports – accounts/sales/stock/forecasting * Liaison with Group accountants and auditors * Assist with Operational requirements * Order processing from customer receipt through to invoice and payment * Stock controlEssential Knowledge, Skills, experience. * Financial accounts experience * Experience / good understanding of Sage 50 software * Computer literateWith the opportunity to work Part Remote/Part Office this is a fantastic role for a candidate looking for 16 hours a week.
